I’ve been re-reading A Walk in the Woods, by Bill Bryson (a great book, if you’re in the market) and he visits the abandoned, bulldozed town of Centralia, PA. There has been an underground coal fire burning away there for a few decades so all that remains is a grid of abandoned streets. Pretty crazy.

I suppose if I were in the market for condoms I would buy Trojans. It has something to do with the brand name, which has been drilled into my brain since I knew what condoms were.
