Whoa, whoa, whoa. I’ll give you that US, United, American and Continental are basically the same (so the same, in fact, that I believe United and Continental are merging). But Delta stands above the rest for me. When JetBlue came along and started sniping customers from the big guys, Delta seemed to be the only airline that reacted and added back-of-the-seat TVs, in-flight wireless and other little perks to keep up. I humbly ask that you make your next flight a Delta one and see how they’ve changed.
